Booking privacy notice

Last updated 20 July 2026 · applies to the booking page at konsensus.net/call

This is the short, specific version for booking a call. Our full Privacy Policy is the canonical document — it sets out the legal bases we rely on and your rights in full. This page only adds the detail that is particular to booking a consultation.

Who controls your booking data

Consultations are a service, and services are provided by Konsensus LLC (registry number 86585140624059), c/o Prospera Employment Solutions LLC, Beta Building, Oficina 6, Próspera ZEDE, St. John's Bay, Islas de la Bahía 34101, Republic of Honduras. Konsensus LLC is the controller of everything described on this page. Physical book orders on konsensus.net are handled by a different company, Konsensus Network OÜ (Estonia) — the Privacy Policy explains the split.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address — you type both into the booking form.
  • Your note, if you write one — the optional “anything we should know?” box (up to 1,000 characters).
  • Your browser's timezone, so we can show and confirm times in your local time.
  • The booking itself — which consultation, which language, the time you picked, the host you're matched with, and a booking reference.

Why we need it

To schedule the call and hold the slot, to create the calendar invite and its video link, to email you the confirmation and any reschedule or cancellation, and to let you manage or cancel the booking afterwards. If the consultation is paid, we also need it to take and reconcile the payment.

Who it is shared with

  • Your host at Konsensus — the person you are meeting sees your name, email and note.
  • Google — the invite is created on your host's Google Calendar with you added as a guest, and a Google Meet link is generated. Your name, email address and your note are written into that calendar entry.
  • Resend — our email provider, which delivers the booking emails. Your note is included in those emails.
  • Stripe or BTCPay — only for a paid consultation, and only your email address alongside the payment reference. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page; we never see or store them.

Because your note is copied into a calendar invite and into email, please don't put anything confidential in it. A sentence about your book or what you'd like to discuss is all we need — save the sensitive detail for the call itself.

How long we keep it

Your booking record stays in our booking database after the call — nothing deletes it automatically — so that we have a record of the consultation and you can refer back to it. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Deleting your details, and your rights

Email hello@konsensus.net and we will delete your booking record. Cancelling a booking also removes the event from the calendar. Your full rights — access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and complaining to your data-protection authority — are set out in the Privacy Policy and apply here in exactly the same way.
