How fast we answer

Within one working day for orders. Publishing enquiries take longer, because a manuscript gets read before it gets a reply. Partner applications are screened by hand and normally answered in 24 to 48 hours.

Before you write about an order

Two things save a round trip: your order number, and which book. If a parcel arrived damaged, a photograph settles it in one message instead of three.

Who you are dealing with

Physical books are sold by Konsensus Network OÜ, registered in Estonia. Digital products and services are sold by Konsensus LLC. Which company you contract with depends on what you order, and it is named on your invoice. Registry numbers, VAT number and registered addresses are set out in full in §1 of our Terms of Service.

There is no walk-in counter and no phone line. We are a small publisher, and email is how we work — it leaves a record both sides can point at.
